Terrible company. I wanted to order this and they were offering a FREE charger hub with the purchase. My mother however wanted to order this for me for my birthday (who lives in another state). She simply didn't realize she could add the FREE charger hub to the order when she placed it. Upon arrival I contact customer service right away to explain and see if I can get it shipped out. They said no since the time for the promotion was over, even though had I simply been the one to order it during that same time it was still being offered. I am honestly so shocked and dissapointed at this entire interaction and it's my first interaction with this company. I just knew this was going to be a simple fix… wrong! I certainly won't be supporting this brand in the future for anything. I'll find an alternative or competitor!
