DJI – please fix the over-sharpness issue with a firmware update for this drone – the image that comes out of it looks nothing like what is shown in this video clip and is almost unusable which is a huge let down for what is a great compact travel photo drone.

This drone is amazing. Just can you add the sphere panorama feature in a future firmware update pls. Thanks

The DJI Neo looks impressive, but there is a major flaw with its downward sensors. The sensors automatically make the drone land when detecting an object, like a palm, without verification.

    The issue is:
When using the remote or app, the sensors remain active, causing the drone to land without command if there is an object beneath it. Without the remote or app, the drone immediately lands on any object without ensuring it's safe or authorized.

Many YouTube videos show how easy it is for people to take the drone while it's flying, both with and without the remote.

My suggestion is to add face or object recognition, ensuring the drone only lands if the owner is verified. Also, disable the downward sensors when the drone is connected to the remote or app, unless there is an explicit landing command.

Please consider this for future firmware updates or new models.

Hello DJI team. I own NEO and it is my first step in to drone tech. Can you please consider an firmware update regarding contrast and sharpness tuning option via mobile? It would be really helpful . Also please consider adding 2.7K option as well for video recording. Thank you. BTW it is a fun little drone for beginners.

Hey DJI, We are from INDIA and we are using DJI OSMO Mobile 6 and DJI MINI Wireless Microphone. I need a budget friendly Drone also and DJI Neo sets itself perfectly. My only concern is the quality of footage and Photographs. Thank you for the excellent products you make.

I have a Neo and it's really fun, but I wouldn't recommend doing that shot with the train yourself – the timing is really tricky!

It’s great to see DJI showcasing footage that accurately represents how the Neo performs right out of the box. However, the video looks overly contrasty and sharp by default. I really hope DJI releases a firmware update to dial down the contrast and sharpness—this would make the Neo a true game-changer in its price category.

That said, from my personal experience, the Neo’s footage is perfectly usable for social media. A little tweak from DJI would go a long way in making a Neo user like me even happier!
