Is it normal if you point the gimbal 90 degrees all the way down and you fly forwards in the normal speed mode that the gimbal kicks up by 10 degrees when the drone stops flying, it doesn't do this in the video speed mode?

i was convinced that my atom came with a defective gimbal since every video i recorded was jittery and unusable. i came across this youtube video and i am blown away that the fix was FREE and only took 5 seconds. I just want to point out that the "shock absorbing ball" is not really a ball, so don't waste your time looking for an actual ball or anything like that. it's just the end of the black plastic arm behind the gimbal gets stuck under a curved groove of the drone body. use your finger or a screwdriver to press the arm down and gently pull it forward so it clears the curved plastic that it's stuck under and return the arm to its normal position. In my case it was the right side that got stuck, not the left one as shown in this video. I tested it after I freed the arm and I was skeptical that such a quick simple fix would actually work but I was amazed to see the results. the recordings are now super smooth even when flying with the high wind warning. After over 6 months owning this drone, this is the first time I get to see what this drone is truly capable of and I must say I'm very impressed!

Bit of a con that when its snapped you cant just replace the cable, but instead your support team suggest you need a new body…costing £180

Hi potensic i have a question i have a potensic atom se and it wouldn't go up more than 120m i live in pakistan and there are no restrictions nor near a airport and I chose potensic over dji but i noticed that dji drones in pakistan go up to 500m high so i am suggesting you to change the altitude limit according to different countries ❤

Hi potensic I got 2 questions ? 1 will dji Propeller holders work with this unit 2. Do yk if dji 360 prop guards are compatible with this unit if not can yall make prop guards for it thx and im getting this drone soon.
