Received my Atom and not only is it refusing to pair it also won't turn off and instead flashes purple

My remote won't connect. I do all of the above and when I press calibrate it keeps telling me to connect remote. 😢

I purchase one and have it stored for 2 months. when I tried to connect again drone and controller I cant do it. The drone just still with a blue light on. After watching this video I was able to connect it. Thank you.

purchased the Atom fly more kit and I crashed the drone. Can I just buy any other atom drone by itself and it will work fine with the original controller???

Mines doing the same thing email sent. Won't connect or repair. Also will not turn off without removing the battery

Why does the controller have 2 antennas if it only uses 2.4 Ghz frequency band?

hey i just got this drone and no matter what i try the drone simply refuses to connect to the controller. The phone and controller connect fine but when i try to frequency pair the atom flashes green for a bit then goes back to blue but the controller stays in pairing mode.
