I own this and the DJI mini. This is like a point and shoot camera, you whip it out for some quick photos or footage of something interesting and perhaps unexpected, and perhaps some b-roll at 2.7k. The DJI is useful for piloting out to distances, higher aerial footage and planned shoots, like a prosumer DSLR.

3. Need available ND filters and/or ability to adjust ISO.
4. Need to be able to reduce sharpening
5. Need 24-25fps
