Estou extremamente desapontado com a falta de suporte adequado para o DJI Mini 4 Pro. Recentemente, paguei R$ 10.000 pelo aparelho, que infelizmente foi furtado. Ao entrar em contato com o suporte da DJI, fui surpreendido ao saber que a empresa não oferece nenhuma opção para rastrear ou bloquear o drone, mesmo ele utilizando tecnologia GPS.
Essa falta de segurança é inaceitável, especialmente considerando o alto valor do produto e a tecnologia embarcada. Esperava mais de uma empresa como a DJI, que lidera o mercado de drones. Sinto que joguei R$ 10.000 no lixo, já que não existe um recurso básico de proteção ao consumidor em casos de furto.
Aguardo um posicionamento da empresa sobre esse problema.

The video material is not such a tragedy as some people write, because they compare it to the Mini series (which I also have), but the photos are a grim joke. Such photos were taken by phones 10 years ago. And by the way, customers are waiting for the possibility of turning off the horizon lock from the device level. It worsens the video quality, so this may save even the bad opinion of customers all over the world…

When will it be possible to disable horizon lock in Neo without buying a special FPV kit? Even in Mini 1 you can enable FPV mode, but in Neo you can't?!?! Horizon lock also worsens image quality, so it should be possible to disable it even more.

I see a lot of shots in this video, around trees in follow mode, with no one at the controls. Great drone but please stop making it look like it can eliminate an actual person recording all the nuances that exist when recording.

all of these advetisement footage is shot in fpv mode with manual color profile. which you can only unlock if you buy the fly more combo or if you have already the avata system worth $1000.. if you don't have those then you're stuck with the ugly default image processing.. shame dji.

-manual camera settings without controller

Мне понравился этот дрон тем что он как карманная летающая камера, можно тоскать с собой и получить приемлевые изображения и видео. Огорчило то что rc n1 не поддерживается, так же скудный функционал мобильного приложения. Нельзя включить следовагие за авто.
Звук котооый пишется на телефон тоже ужас

– Fix the "normal" color profile. Nobody is enjoying it. We need other color profiles, including flat.
– Add the ability to change the sharpness, noise reduction, and other settings such as ISO, shutter speed, and white balance via the app (no controller) and have those settings saved for use in the quick shots.
– Add vertical shooting mode.

For those rightfully complaining about the image quality, I pulled their specs. While it produces a 4k image, it's doing so with a 1/2-inch image sensor. I have the DJI Avata and it has a 1/1.7-inch CMOS size lens. So with that, we have to remember this is a $200 drone that does not require goggles or a remote controller. This is designed for people who just want the fun images this thing produces and not the cinema-quality images their more expensive drones produce.
What DJI produces to promote this drone is also the byproduct of some great post-production skills. So Yes, they have certainly maxed out the capability of this drone for their promo videos. You/us are getting the "out of the box" look with our videos…. and it is misleading.
