I flew a mini 4 on a few passes in Colorado ranging from 12 to 13500 feet elevation. Much stronger winds from the look of your video. But it was bucking really bad, probably 12 to 18 inches up and down movement. The last one at 13500 it got really bad I had to fly w the wind and drop down below the Ridgeline we where on and bring it back.. almost lost it lol

Honestly, I loved my Mavic Mini…really compact little drone that I brought with me everywhere everyday….until a strong gust came hitting at a perpendicular point so much so that the video shook. That scared me so much that I upgraded to Mavic 3….love that to death but he's a big boy so I don't bring him as much…
