how do i adjust the angle of the camera? one touch goes 90 degrees down, then touch the button again and only goes to 45degrees down, how do i get it straight horizontal?

Why doesn’t mine land? First flight it hovered inches off the ground and drifted sideways and hit a pole I had to grab it and it slashed my fingers painfully. The edges of a one of my propeller sides were frayed. It simply would not land
